Modern life tends to pull us up and away from our roots, so much so that we’re continuously disconnected from who we truly are and from each other. When we reconnect with the grounding energy of nature, we’re able to renew our connection to both our shared humanity and ourselves. Morning: level 1-2 flow yoga, breakfast and yoga chat
Afternoon: lunch, yoga chat, free time
Evening: dinner, group activity, bedtime stretch
Morning: Flow Yoga, Zen chat, qi gong (an ancient Chinese practice connecting slow movements, breath, and your natural surroundings)
Departure by 3pm
